This tier includes two bags of Molino Pasini pasta flour, one bag of the type 00 Pasta Fresca Pasta Flour and one bag of the Semola di Grano Duro Pasta Flour. Each delivery contains enough flour to prepare 20 delicious and toothsome pasta servings or 5 four-person batches of fresh pasta. Flour will be delivered to your doorstep every 3 months, ensuring you will have all the essentials for a delightful weekend culinary experience.

00 Pasta Fresca Flour: Soft wheat flour from wheat grown in Italy
Semola di Grano Duro Flour: Durum wheat flour

Store in a cool, dry place. Best used within 12 months after milling (see expiry date on bag).

Lovely flours

These are lovely, finely ground flours. They're fluffy and oh so smooth to the touch. It's very satisfying to make fresh pasta with these.

Colorado Pasta

I made pasta this weekend with the recipe on your website. The egg version, the dough rolled out wonderfully. I used my Marcato pasta maker. The dough was silky smooth, but also strong. And delicious!! Love it all so far. Would love more recipes for the semolina flour. Thank you!!
