We offer free standard U.S. shipping valid on qualifying orders with an eligible subtotal of $150.00 or more (before taxes or surcharges). For all orders with a subtotal under $150.00, we offer a flat-fee shipping rate of $9.

If you’ve ordered multiple items and some items are on pre-order or backorder, we’ll likely ship out the items that are available in-stock first. Once the other items in your order become available, we’ll ship them out separately. We try to package as much as possible together where we can.
After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation showing your order number and receipt. Can’t find this email confirmation? Be sure to check the email that you entered when checking out. Also check your spam inbox!

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please note that tracking numbers are only available after an order has shipped out.
All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days (usually 3, but during busy periods it can take a little longer). It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after an order has shipped out.

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days after the order is placed. All orders are packaged and labeled within 3-5 business days from our warehouse. After that, USPS shipping times will vary but most packages typically take 3-5 business days to ship.
Returns & Exchanges
PRODUCTS: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.
All returns must be unused and preferably in their original packaging, and are processed for a refund minus the original shipping cost. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please be sure to send us photos of the item. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item. If you are making a return, the cost of return shipping is on us! Our team will work with you to create a return shipping label for your order.
CLASSES: Within 14 days of the scheduled class, classes are non-refundable. Classes purchased more than 14 days in advance can be exchanged for another class or store credit.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
