Take your pasta skills to the next level with this hands-on virtual class focused on stuffed pasta shapes!

 

During this virtual class, you’ll learn about the ingredients and tools you need to make fresh egg pasta dough for ravioli, plus how to properly mix and knead the dough. We’ll then show you how to make five different filled shapes: caramelle, tortelloni, pansotti, mezzalune, and agnolotti del plin.

 

After you sign up, we’ll send you an email with a list of ingredients and helpful tools so that you can cook alongside the class, or simply save them for a later date after you’ve learned the basics. This is a hands-on interactive class–questions are encouraged!
