Adriatico Splatterware Gelato Bowl

$41.60

Out of stock

Not just for gelato.

If we had to declare the most underrated bowl size, this would be it. Perfect for holding gelato, yes, but also cereal, yogurt, fruit, nuts, and aperitivo patatine.

Known as “schizzato” in Italy, splatterware comes from humble origins. This centuries-old technique was used to easily add a splash of color to everyday earthenware which was otherwise unadorned. Adriatico is our first custom colorway in collaboration with IVO Angel and artisan Giulio Lucarini, featuring duo tone mare and celeste blues, a combination of where the Adriatic sea and sky meet.

The perfect bowl

Literally my Goldilocks breakfast bowl. The perfect size for everything: oatmeal, yogurt, granola, grapes, cherries, gelato, macedonia...the list goes on. Can't believe I was living without it for so long!
