Born in 1985 in Scarperia, a small town just north of Florence, the family-owned artisan knife company has been producing premium knives for four generations. To this day they continue to follow the same ancient techniques used since their founding in 1895. Each knife has a beautiful cream handle, a sturdy, full tang, and a straight-edged stainless steel blade, making it ideal for cutting through delicate sheets of pasta. Every single coltello is produced entirely by hand by a single craftsman who signs the work with their own initials once finished.
