This class is full, but we plan to offer another gnocchi class in April. Please check back in a few weeks!

Learn how to make Italy’s beloved potato dumplings with this hands-on virtual class.

During this class, you’ll learn about the tools you need to make gnocchi, how to make the dough from scratch, and common mistakes to avoid when making these delicate dumplings. We’ll also share some tips for working with possible substitutions (like butternut squash gnocchi or sweet potato gnocchi) and sauce pairings so you can get creative with your gnocchi at home. After you sign up, we’ll send you an email with a list of ingredients and helpful tools so that you can cook alongside the class, or simply save them for a later date after you’ve learned the basics.

This is a hands-on interactive class, and questions are encouraged!

Gnocchi Making Class

This was the first time I’ve made gnocchi and the class made it far less intimidating than I thought it would be. I appreciated being on video to understand the texture and look of the dough along the way. I’ve made gnocchi a few times since using this recipe and my class notes and it has turned out delicious every time.

I loved it! Every class I have taken has been fun and gave me the confidence to do things I thought were beyond my skill level. I would take all of them if my work schedule didn’t interfere. The instruction breaks it down where a novice can follow, have fun and learn.
