Learn how to make Italy’s beloved potato dumplings and fresh basil pesto with this hands-on virtual class.

During this class, you’ll learn about the tools you need to make gnocchi, how to make the dough from scratch, and common mistakes to avoid when making these delicate dumplings. Then, together we’ll learn about the history and origin of pesto alla genovese, the classic basil pesto from Italy’s coastal Liguria region. We’ll prepare a fresh basil pesto sauce from scratch and serve it with our gnocchi. We’ll also cover cooking and storage tips, as well as other common gnocchi and pesto variations that you can try later on.

After you sign up, we’ll send you an email with a list of ingredients and helpful tools so that you can cook alongside the class, or simply save them for a later date after you’ve learned the basics.

This is a hands-on interactive class, and questions are encouraged!
