During this virtual class, you’ll learn:

  • The ingredients and tools you need to make fresh egg pasta
  • How to mix and knead the dough
  • Common mistakes to avoid and how to troubleshoot pasta
  • How to form the following shapes: garganelli, spaghetti alla chitarra, and farfalle

After you sign up, we’ll send you an email with a complete list of ingredients and helpful tools so that you can cook alongside the class, or simply save them for a later date after you’ve learned the basics. This is a hands-on interactive class–questions are encouraged!

Awesome class and easy to follow!

This class was so fun and informative! I never would’ve imagined making pasta from scratch, but my husband and I decided to make a date night of it and it was so fun to make, interesting to learn about and delicious to eat 😊
